While we do not offer a general satisfaction guarantee, we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans. We provide detailed descriptions to help you make an informed decision. With green coffee please note that roasting, brewing, and storage conditions can affect the final taste. If you believe your coffee does not match its description, reach out to us, we’re happy to assist.

Shipping Damage & Order Errors

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong items, email us at support@iv-coffee.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach photos of the packing slip, box, and contents, and we will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Once shipped, all sales are final.
