Shipping policy
1. Shipping Regions
- Specialty Coffee (Roasted): We currently ship to the GCC.
- Green Coffee (Unroasted): We ship across the MENA region. If you are located outside Bahrain and interested in green coffee, please contact us at hello@iv-coffee.com to discuss shipping arrangements.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If additional information is required for your order (e.g., incomplete shipping details), we will contact you via email, which may cause a delay in processing.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- Bahrain: Next day delivery.
- GCC (Roasted Coffee): 2-3 Days Delivery — once the order is received, we roast and package it the next business day, then it is dispatched and delivered the following day.
- MENA (Green Coffee): 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, courier service delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs (Flat-Rate Pricing Tiers)
- Bahrain (Roasted/Green Coffee): Flat rate of 1.5 BHD per order.
- GCC: Free shipping on orders above 15 BHD.

MENA: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us for special shipping rates.
5. International Shipping
For customers outside Bahrain interested in green coffee, please reach out to us at hello@iv-coffee.com to inquire about shipping options.
- International shipping rates provided at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Import Restrictions: Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of unroasted green coffee. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- IV Coffee is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
8. Shipping Delays
Shipments may experience delays if:
- Additional information is required for order processing (e.g., incorrect address details).
- Customs clearance causes unexpected hold times.
- Courier services experience delays due to weather or peak shipping seasons.
In the event of a delay, we will do our best to notify you promptly.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
