Guatemala Atitlan Renacimiento SHB Organic
This unique coffee is brought to you through FECCEG, an organisation dedicated to connecting smaller Guatemalan cooperatives to the international market. This lot is sourced from Cooperativa Agrícola Integral El Renacimiento, a Quiché Mayan cooperative founded in 1987 in Nahualá, Sololá, near the scenic Lake Atitlan. Renacimiento’s 70 members, including 33 women, cultivate small 1.5-acre farms, focusing on sustainable, organic practices. Alongside coffee, they produce honey through beekeeping and craft their own organic fertiliser.

Taste Profile
A great cup from light to dark. Clean, sweet edged and balanced. Atitlan coffee seems to fall right between and Antigua and Huehue in taste. Light roasts will have some stronger citric tones but were surprisingly clean and defined.
