Collection: Brazil

Brazil is the largest producer of arabica coffee and also grows a significant amount of robusta. Brazilian coffee is known for its nutty, sweet flavour, low acidity, and rich bittersweet, chocolatey notes when roasted. Brazil coffee has a long tradition of being roasted, either as a single-origin coffee by region, cooperative, or farm, but it’s often used in blends to manage costs.

Brazilian coffee is commonly found in espresso blends, from premium options to commercial brands. Even the lower-quality fragments and dust from dry mills are sold, often ending up in instant coffee. However, there are high-quality Brazilian coffees available, though they require strong relationships and careful selection to discover.
