With a commitment to quality and conservation, this coffee reflects the rich biodiversity and volcanic terroir of the region.

Processing Method

Cherries are carefully handpicked, sorted, and processed with precision to ensure high quality. Women play a key role in the coffee nursery and hand-sorting at the dry mill, further enhancing consistency.

Taste Profile

A classic Sumatra cup, best suited for medium to dark roasts. Full-bodied with rich spice notes, baker’s chocolate, and a smoky depth. Medium roasts offer a balanced profile with subtle lemony acidity, layered with spice and earthy, peaty chocolate—ideal for pour-overs or drip. Darker roasts enhance body and smokiness, with lingering spice and low acidity, making it perfect for dark roast lovers, espresso, or blend bases. Light roasts are not recommended.
